Connect the basics
Each rep links their own calendar and email; the org connects Twilio.
Closerr connects to the calendar, email and phone reps already use, pushes to the CRMs and data tools the back office relies on, and exposes a full API and webhooks for anything bespoke. We're upfront about what's live today and badge what's still on the roadmap — no fake integration logos.

Closerr plugs into Google Calendar, Outlook and native iOS Calendar so visits and appointments live where the rep already looks, and connects email so conversations attach to the right deal instead of getting lost in an inbox.
With Twilio connected, calls happen from the deal — dialled, logged and (where configured) recorded against the merchant — so the activity history stays complete without anyone copying numbers into a phone.
Push records out to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, or to Airtable and Supabase, with token-paste setup. These are one-way exporters — Closerr stays the source of truth and never silently reads downstream data back.
Everything else connects through the API and webhooks — pull data into a warehouse, fire events into your own systems, wire up automation. The escape hatch that means Closerr never becomes the thing your stack can't talk to.
Connections are owner/admin controlled and respect Secure Data Mode, so the data that leaves Closerr leaves on your terms.

These connections aren't live yet. We'd rather tell you that than show a logo for something you can't actually switch on.
Native Slack notifications and deal alerts aren't live yet. Today, use webhooks to push events into Slack via your own automation.
Direct accounting sync is on the roadmap. The groundwork exists, but it isn't switched on as a live, supported integration today.
Pre-built Zapier and Make connectors are planned. Today, the API and webhooks cover the same automation with a little more setup.
Additional outbound CRM connectors are planned beyond HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.
An honest integrations page is rarer than it should be — most are a wall of logos for things half-built or never shipped. Closerr's principle is simple: market what's live, badge what isn't. Live today are the calendars and email reps use daily, Twilio calling from the record, one-way push to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Airtable and Supabase, and a full API with webhooks for anything bespoke. On the roadmap — and clearly badged — are Slack, Xero and QuickBooks, pre-built Zapier and Make connectors, and further CRM destinations. Outbound pushes are owner/admin controlled and audited under Secure Data Mode, so data leaves on your terms. For teams moving off another tool, the merchant services CRM overview shows how it all fits, and the Manager Studio view stays the source of truth even when you push elsewhere.
Calendar sync (Google, Outlook, native iOS), email, Twilio calling and SMS, outbound CRM sync to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, one-way Airtable and Supabase exporters, and a full REST API with webhooks. Those are the ones you can switch on now.
Not as live, supported integrations yet — they're badged on the roadmap rather than shown as available. Today you can push events into Slack via webhooks and your own automation; native Slack, Xero and QuickBooks connectors are planned.
No. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Airtable and Supabase are one-way exporters — Closerr stays the source of truth and pushes records out, but never silently reads downstream data back. That keeps your data lineage clean and auditable.
Use the API and webhooks. They give programmatic access and event-driven automation, so you can wire Closerr into a warehouse or a bespoke system even when there's no pre-built connector. Pre-built Zapier and Make connectors are on the roadmap to make that easier.
