Information handled by the application
Teams can add leads, merchants, contacts, deals, tasks, notes, statements and documents. Voice features can add call recordings and transcripts when enabled. Account and subscription features also handle profile, billing and usage information.
Application records use a configured PostgreSQL database connection.
Workspace roles and server-side capability checks control application actions. Record visibility depends on configured permissions and scope. Selected connected-account token paths use application-level encryption.
AI features can send selected text, audio, permitted CRM context and tool results to OpenAI. Optional integrations exchange information when the corresponding feature or connection is used.

The following services have integrations in the application. Optional services depend on the features and connections enabled; this list is not a claim that every service is active for every workspace. It does not state processing regions, certifications or executed transfer agreements.

Available controls and limits
Permission-controlled CSV exports are implemented for leads, deals and merchants. Account deletion has ownership restrictions and does not remove all shared workspace records or history. See the account deletion instructions.
The application records selected permission, KYC, financial, provider and export events. This summary does not set a retention, deletion, backup or incident-response deadline.
