From the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and enter the email address you used to register. We'll send a reset link valid for 30 minutes. If it doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder, then email support@closerr.co.uk.
Subscriptions managed through the App Store: open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → choose Closerr → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Subscriptions started on the web: open the app, go to More → Billing → Manage subscription and cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Open the app, go to the More tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your personal data is removed straight away. See the Delete account guide for what is and isn't removed.
You can export leads, deals, merchants and activities as CSV from each list screen — tap the menu icon and choose Export CSV. For a full account export including notes, files and call records, email support@closerr.co.uk from your account email and we'll prepare a ZIP within 7 days.
If you're on iPhone Safari and the Connect button does nothing, please update to the latest version of the app — we shipped a fix in May 2026 that addresses popup blockers on mobile Safari. If the problem persists, sign out, force-close the app, sign back in and try again.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe — Closerr never sees full card numbers. See the Privacy Policy for full detail on processors and retention.
Yes — email us with both organisation IDs (you can find them in More → About) and a confirmation from each org's owner that they consent to the move. We'll schedule the migration during a quiet window and confirm when it's done.
API access is included on Team and Enterprise plans. Email support@closerr.co.uk with your organisation ID and we'll provision an API key plus the current API documentation.
